BODY WHEEL TAI CHI is particularly designed to favor muscle and arm flexibility. By stretching your muscles and reaching for amplitude, you favor the stretching of your deltoids, back and torso muscles. Muscular tensions which are frequent in the shoulders can be significantly reduced when using the BODY WHEEL TAI CHI.

 

How to use it?

Wheel side : Facing the machine, grasp both handles in front of you. Maintaining the equilibrium of your torso, proceed in controlled rotations of the Wheel. You can furthermore work one hand at a time in order to favor work on your forearms.

Tai Chi Disks sideFacing the machine, grasp the handles in front of you. Maintaining your torso in balance, proceed into controlled rotations of the rudders for each arm. Learn to coordinate your movements and change direction for a full workout.
 
Muscles used :
 

Your muscular activity is focused on your arms and favors work on the biceps, triceps and forearm muscles when you do the rotations. When using the Wheel, you intensely use your deltoids in order to maintain your arm in horizontal position. Your torso and back muscles are also used in order to facilitate the use of the Wheel. Maintaining your torso in equilibrium leads, to a certain extant, to a localized effort on your abdominals.
