How to use it ?

Standing up on the on the rotating platform, grip the bar facing you.

Rotate your legs on the platform while keeping your torso straight and shoulders in a fixed position.

 

For more thorough work on the oblique muscles, slightly cave in your back to feel a different action on your body.
