Body Horizontal Bars (AHB) - Relaxation Range

 BODY HORIZONTAL BARS is particularly designed to stretch.

  

How to use it ?

- To stretch the back of the thigh:

Place your heel on one of the support bars, your foot aligned straight with your leg. Keep this position and make sure not to contract your muscles. Breathe deeply and keep straight. Do not do any abrupt movements. Switch legs and repeat.

 

- To stretch the front of the tigh:

Standing up, grip a bar facing you to maintain your balance. With your other hand, grasp your foot and gently pull your heel up back until you feel a stretch in the front of your thigh. Keep your back straight. If necessary, bring your hips forward. Hold for about 10-30 seconds. Switch legs and repeat. Legs and quadriceps.
