 How to use it?
 

While standing, grasp the two handles in front of you and place your joint feet on the support. Carry out swinging leg movements while keeping your torso straight and shoulders fixed. Control the speed of your descending legs to intensify the exercise. Exhale when lifting your legs, inhale when lowering them.

 Muscles used :

The abdominal and gluteal muscles will allow you to control the swinging motion of your legs. Thanks to your arm and shoulder work, you stabilize your torso in an upright position by avoiding sources of desiquilibrium.
